If you believe that any content on Queckon or platforms affiliated with VIDDTLJP infringes your copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights, please submit a formal complaint via our dedicated intellectual property complaint email: service@mail.viddtljp.com.
Your formal complaint must contain the following complete and valid information:
1. A physical or electronic signature of the authorized representative acting on behalf of the intellectual property owner.
2. Detailed identifying information of the infringed intellectual property, including relevant registration numbers and registration jurisdictions (where applicable).
3. Specific information identifying the allegedly infringing content, including its exact location on the website or mobile application, with sufficient details to enable VIDDTLJP to accurately locate and verify the content in question.
4. For design right infringement claims: a clear specification of the infringed design and its corresponding registration number.
5. For utility model infringement claims: a clear identification of the allegedly infringed utility model, together with valid court orders or judgments that support your infringement claim.
6. Your full legal company name, affiliated organization (if applicable), postal address, contact phone number and valid email address.
7. A sworn statement confirming that you sincerely believe the use of the disputed content is not authorized by the intellectual property owner, its legal agent, or applicable laws.
8. A confirmation statement certifying that all information submitted in your notification is accurate and complete, that you are either the intellectual property owner or an authorized representative of the owner, and that you accept full legal liability and penalties for perjury arising from any false or misleading statements.
Upon receiving a valid complete infringement notification, VIDDTLJP reserves the right to take any or all of the following measures: remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content; deactivate all links directing to such content; notify the alleged infringer of the removal or restriction of relevant content; and terminate the service access and usage rights of any users or third parties that repeatedly commit intellectual property infringement against VIDDTLJP or third-party rights holders, or implement other remedial measures in accordance with our user terms and relevant platform policies.
